Summer Squash

Zucchini and Yellow Squash in 4″ pots for summer planting. This year (2025), I am adding Avocado Squash, which is a round, meaty calabacita-type summer squash. It’s prolific, tasty, and holds up well to cooking and freezing. It’s not watery like zucchini, and it doesn’t fall apart when cooked.
