Short Month, Short Newsletter
Greetings and welcome to the new subscribers!
This is a quickie newsletter, because we're still hammering out details of the season. The March newsletter will be jam-packed, though.
New this month are e-gift cards! Easy peasy to choose a design, write a personal message, and have your gift delivered on the right day. Great for Valentine's Day or any time you just want to remember your favorite gardener or gardeners!

Events
Like I said, we're still working on the logistics, but here's the skeleton, subject to change:
March 21 and 23 - seed swaps at the Ag Center.
April 27 or May 4 - Annual Spring Plant Sale at Earthgoods.
May 25 - Summer Share pick-up and plant sale at my house.
This is a maybe, but we might do a pop-up with Aaron and Miquela Mangum on Feb 17, next Saturday, with a small seed swap. Very much up in the air, but this will be announced on Facebook if we decide to do it. If you're not on FB and want to check it out, email me later in the week for details.
Speaking of seeds, Sarah from the Taos Land Trust is arranging for seed exchange stations to be placed around the county this month.
If you're reading this today, February 11, there is a pop-up at buttercup on Placitas. Eliza and Maddy have graciously offered to put up a table with The Book, Renee's Garden Scatter Cans, and some cacti and succulents, but you can also find delicious baked goods and other treats, and get a tarot reading from Billy Stewart.

February Garden Tasks
It's time to get outside and prune your fruit trees! Details are in The Book.
Plan for seed starting, inspect and repot houseplants, order summer-flowering bulbs, and get your tools and equipment ready.
Walk around your yard looking for new growth. With the moisture we've been getting and the warm sunny days ahead, plants will come to life.
